I create my images using a digital mixed media technique developed over many years. Technically my images are created from a variety of content sources including, but not limited to, stock images, digital paintings, my own bank of personal photography and AI tools. As far as the technical aspect of my compositions I have developed various Photoshop actions and techniques that may be used to create a variety of artistic textures and composition styles. But ultimately my most important tool is a God-given artistic ability and years of experience in various fields of art including, graphic design, painting, illustration, sculpture, and photography. My images are not only composites of different elements of design but, more importantly, a life-long composite of ability, research, experience, desire, and mastery of the tools of the trade.

I love to find amazing available picture parts, and see how they can work magic together: a tree here, a sky there, an old wooden boat maybe, or some forgotten part of an old public domain painting of days gone by. I find lonely picture parts that speak to my soul. I also often use my own images that I invite into my own little creative world. Then I listen to their story, and their dreams of becoming a part of something beautiful and inspiring that will be a blessing to others for many years to come. I may try out hundreds of different players for the final composition, calling on my half-century of designing, along with some tricks of the trade. Finally, a new work of art is born to be sent off to brighten this world.
